Establishes a new program, which provides $108 million to keep the existing Single-family Affordable Solar Home (SASH) and Multi-family Affordable Solar Home (MASH) programs going for qualified low-income households until 2021. The program will encourage residential solar in disadvantaged communities by providing low-income families with solar incentives and will create additional solar job training and employment opportunities in California's growing solar industry.
