State Parks Belong to Us All

Like so many of our allies in the environmental community, all of us at CLCV were shocked and deeply saddened at the news that staff at the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) had hidden $54 million for as long as twelve years.  

Our parks belong to all of us, and this represents an extreme violation of the public’s trust.  All Californians have the right to be angry and we are owed a full explanation of how this happened. Read More >
